Be who you were born to be today

Make a decision about who you are going to be today.

Follow through for one whole day.

Be feminine, feisty or fabulous…in fact anything  you like.

Your behaviour is formed by your thinking – you can change our thoughts in an instant.

Your choice!

Have a great day XX

Soul mapping for your inner knowing

Hello Lovely!

I have just enjoyed the most goooooooorgeous evening checking in with the voice of my soul. I’ve  been collecting gorgeous inspirational images almost 12 weeks.

This evening I began to collage my intuitive guidance.

Maybe this is something you could do?

Dark Autumn evenings are the perfect time to create a  juicy project like this.

Here is a little quickie guide to manifesting the life you were destined to live!

What you will need to get started:

Unravelling the self through breathwork and photography

Hello my darlings,

I have been having such a ball in cyber space this week. I can’t tell you just how incredibly blessed I feel to be connecting with some of the most talented, creative, artistic and spiritual entrepreneurs.

Right now I’m feeling magnetically drawn to people who are teaching self awareness in new creative ways. As I find something I love, my immediate reaction is to share, share, share, share it with you.

Sooooooo, please allow me to enthuse about my latest findings!

Reawakening feminine sparkle

Hello lovely, just wanted to share a pic of my exquisite Saturday. As many of you know, I have decided to make more time to pursue my creative passions. It’s been years since I meandered around vintage clothes shops. I felt like I was going to pop with excitement yesterday when I found the most amazing treasure in a little back street vintage emporium in town.

Choose to celebrate life! Afternoon tea with my girlfirend.

Hello Lovely Ladies,

Here are some snaps from my gorgeous girli afternoon tea with my girlfriend Rachel (my old school friend who gave me my first camera when I was 13 years old – she is so adorable!).

Each time we meet up with friends or family we have an opportunity to create a mini celebration.

Today it felt like I was giving Rachel a gorgeous gift. She loved it!

Afternoon tea with English breakfast tea, egg mayonnaise sandwiches, lemon cup cakes and pink rose fizz! Yum and oh so  girli!

Life is spectacular. Simplicity is bliss.

Hello Lovely Ladies,  I am so excited to share my photos tonight! I have just enjoyed the most simple yet spectacular, rainy Saturday evening. Tonight the rain tumbled down from the heavens, and I was entangled in a creative embrace!

Sitting in dim candle light, jazz fm purring, sipping a delicious large glass of yummy Red! Bliss...

There is always a flip side you know – another way to view each and every situation that we experience in life.

To experience meaning and joy – we really must practice looking for it.

Letting go - life balance is possible

“The Tao Te Ching says, When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. When I let go of what I have, I receive what I need. Have you ever struggled to find work or love, only to find them after you have given up? This is the paradox of letting go. Let go, in order to achieve. Letting go is God’s law.”

Friendship: my nurturing break with my best friend

Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born.

Life balance, a new choice

It’s a dreary Saturday morning. I’m lying in bed watching some giant raindrops as they journey from the top of my windows in a squiggly line, right down to the bottom of the glass. Outside the sky is grey and the ocean is a dull greyish blue. My roof terrace doors are open and I’m listening to the hypnotic sound of the big sea... I’m nestled in my sanctuary, this is my place to escape from everything that is going on out there in the world...

I’m tired today – it’s been a tough and intense week. Now it’s time to gently unwind...
